LOL Its cause he has a lot of XP. If you have a lot it wont let you level up no matter what. He will have to win a LOT (30+ i think) to go up each level or he needs to delevel his XP so it will let him go up faster.

I don't think that is it anymore. BIGGS went up because he carried (I assume he did atleast.) You have to consistently beat people of higher ranks and skill in order to rank up. You can lose here and there as long as the other team by
stats, are better. If you lose to a group of statistically lower rank or level, it is going to really hurt your momentum. I used to think the same thing but when I went from a 48-49 and then a 49-50 in TS....I won most the games but a few here and there to players with better stats. From a 49-50, it took about 10 games and I probably won 8 outta the ten but went positive every game and consistently beat statistically better players. You can't lose to lower levels, period!
Edit - After reviewing about a dozen of games, I can see why. Ya'll indeed played lower levels and when ya'll played 50's, he always went negative.
