To install a font:

Download the font, and extract/unzip/move it to C:/WINDOWS/Fonts

Then open C:/WINDOWS/Fonts, and your font will appear.

To install a brush:

Download the brush, and extract it to:
C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7.0 (depending on your version)/Presets/Brushes

And in photoshop, click 'Brushes' In the top right corner, then click the little arrow, then load brushes, then go to C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop 7.0 (depending on your version)/Presets/Brushes
and choose the brush.
