CoD 4 Problems...

Ok i have an issue with XBL for Call of Duty. I have a ton of issues joining games. A lot of times it says i cannot connect to the host or something like that. This ESPECIALLY happens when trying to join deathmatch games...like only once in a century it works for them. So far ive only played 2 deathmatch games because of it. Its really weird because for other games like the bomb game or the flag game, i usually can join every time. Yet i can almost never join deathmatch games...wtf? Also i have trouble joining some parties with friends but that doesnt piss me off as much as not being able to play deathmatch...

Can someone help?

Perhaps it is the router that you have? what kind of router do you have?

i have a linksys WRT54G. My NAT is moderate and that may be it, but i have no clue how to open it.

Its probably because when you try to join there are spots left, but by the time you get to click join game, people already have joined. The ones that you can get into are less common gametypes so you're more likely to get into those.

then why can my friends get it and not me?

because im always in parties of like 3 or 4 when we go in and my friends can get in but it wont let me in. then they have to back out of the game and then try again because of it...
