How come it doesn't let me access the halownage evens thread when I clicked on new topic? I was going to make a gh3 tourney thread but it says "You don't have have the privilege to access this page." Do you have to be a regular or a mod?

Maybe it showed up on the bottom accidently, but I'm pretty sure it's a thread in the Tournament Discussion (you can't see it)

I can view threads I just can't make one.

Only staff members are allowed to make threads in that section I believe.

Staff are the only ones that can make threads in that section because we would be the only ones running HoC sponsored events and don't want random people making random threads. If you have an event that you want listed then please coordinate it with a mod.
