Would you guys like one of these?

I personally would LOVE it, Id like to put some actual work into it to. Draco suggested posting the billboard top 30 for each genre each week. Stuff like that.

Its a good idea. I like the billboard thing, that would certanily keep kids in touch with their music...lol.

On Halomega we had a music section but combined with like TV and movies. Would that work better than just having one music section?

And the Top 30 music thing gave me an idea of having the Top 10 Box Offices for Movies that we could edit each week...

I think it would pwn noobs. No but really it would be a good idea and it would probably be a really active section.

I really don't think it's necessary to create a section based soley on Music. I think Cyclone's idea of having the Movies/TV/Music back would be better, but I didn't think you guys were into having subsections...

Ya I remember when they were talking about they don't want to have 3416 sub-sections in each forum, and if we said this was ok, everyone else would complain about it in other parts of the forum. A new Movie/Music section would do the trick, and also pwn noobs.

Personally I think it's only necessary to create a subforum when that topic starts to clutter the already existing off topic forum.

The content of the thread isn't magically affect by where its placed on the forum.

I like things nice and neat and organized. Things separated into their own groups makes it easier to find exactly what you want. I was thinking about the idea of just Combining the 3 sections and calling it the 'Entertainment' Section for music movies and TV.
