Anything you want . Srsly tho, You can basically purchase stuff such as sigs and avatars form other members with them. I'd say at this point they're mainly for bragging rights. You may need to put some creds down to enter into certain tournaments as well.

Because that is the best of the kill medals that I have. I don't have an overkill or killtacular or anything like that. I never get lucky enough to get that many people in the same place and can kill them all. I only had 1 time so far (that I can remember) where I could have had a overkill but I killed the guy like a second too late...
