Im doing this with my clan:

1)Make a gamertag with a Silver subscription called aaa Halownage or whatever name you like.Put three letter a's before it to keep it at the top of your friends list aaa Halownage.
2) Send friend requests to all the current members of the clan.
3) Providing people add aaa Halownage to their friends list, they could just check the friends of "aaa Halownage" to see what members are online.You could also use that account to send out any clan news/messages/important info.

Hm thats an interesting idea. But most people are lazy and cba to do that.

it's not a bad idea at all, PMS is doing that. it can be really useful for tournaments and stuff probably.

Can you find a way how to keep a in game team in line easy? that would be muchly appreciated.

You can do this with whatever clan you want.Its a way of having a clan friendlist.
