Like I said, the interface is super crap. And then there are tons of bugs that you really have to pay attention to to notice.

I use Gimp.Its a great free open source program.It does just about everything p.s. does.Its easy to install and use.I like using open source apps.Im just starting to use Inkscape and may try blender next.

All I see is a red X, not what you made, but I use PS whenever I feel like opening it, and popping out something.

PS is also free if you know what your doin. just as a heads up

Same here, hey isn't blender a 3d program? Because i used it and felt kind of stupid ,i tried to script a game well the controls/camera of it actually.

I dispise (despice? dunno lol) freeware. Programs like blender, inktscape and GIMP will never get you results like you have with the stuff you "would" have to pay for, it just looks like the real programs (3DS max for blender, Illustrator for Inkscape and Photoshop for GIMP.), but then they ripped all the good out of it.

i don't know Kabooz....some open source programs are good, especially considering there free; they have a better feel to them, like interfaces IMO. But there not better than the apps. you have to pay for of course.(Firefox FTW!! IDK why i put that)
