2. Cntrl>Z [Undo whatever step you did]

5. Alt>Cntrl>G [Make A Clipping Mask]

In no order, just some common ones...

1) Just the D button.
2) Ctrl + Alt + Z
3) Ctrl + J
4) Ctrl + A
5) Ctrl + U, I think for Hue/Saturation

I don't really get the point of this thread but I'll join in.

1. Ctrl+S, I always save after every 2-3 layers, which is an average of 10-20 saves per sig. + 1 for the final piece.
2. CTRL+ALT+G/Ctrl+mac+G because I whore clipping masks
3. Shift+F5 gotta fill my selections.
4. Delete/Del, gotta delete the shitty layers.
5. Ctrl+U To desature stuff to add better colors.

But I use way more then those 5, and those 5 are pretty much randoms that just came up in my mind, as I do most of them automatically, without thinking.

I seldom use Ctrl+Alt+G, I prefer to hold Alt and clip on the clipped layer.

But my 5 are:

1)Alt+Backspace (fills layer with front colour)
2)Ctrl+Backspace (fills layer with back colour)
3)Ctrl+J (copy current layer)
4)Ctrl+Alt+E (merge layers)
5)D (default colours)

I do use more, I can just never realise what I am clicking on.
