i am having trouble making my sig the 2kb limit...any suggestions?



it is currently a JPG format, and I dont have PS.

Since when does the sig area have a 2kb limit?
The sigs in my sig are atleast like 4-5 mb...

If there seriously is a 2kb limit, save it as a .gif.

I cant get it to upload on the edit sig page...let me try and save it as a gif like you suggested...

Try wrapping this in [IMG] tags:

I uploaded it to my PB...if you don't mind.

It keeps saying the Remote File Size is to Large....

i dont get it...the sig size limit is only 2Kb, yet the avatar size limit is 244KB??? Not making sense to me.

And I also see a bunch of people in here with way bigger sigs than 2KB...why can't I get mine to upload then??? Weird.

Are you trying to use the sig image thing that is at the bottom of the sig edit thingy?
If so, drop that and use the image tags; [IMG]link here[/IMG*] but then without the asteriks.
So it would be like this: [IMG]http://i80.photobucket.com/albums/j169/kabooz/gtp_Slayer041_1187091450_1.jpg[/IMG*]

Just copy-paste that into your sig area and remove the *. I believe that should do the trick.

It didnt work, all it said was the whole thing you just put up there...no picture.

ok, it must be the computer I'm on then....I'll check it again when I get on my home computer.
