Don't like the size but let me be the first critique for you.
Very nice BG I love the flow of effects and it looks very good. The pen tooling is great on the guitar that little thing(if it is pen tooling). Finally the only thing I would say get rid of is that cirle thing, either move it to the left or right, or lower the opacity.

I don't really know why I put that circle thing there, just was messing around with the marquee shit and did that, so I left it there.

I like the circle thing, but I think it would look better a little too the left. And the stock could be sharpened a little less. Other than that its very sexy. I love the effects on the guitar.

It's a stock, there's depth.
I didn't add any lighting, so whatever there already was in the stock is what's there now.
The circle thing isn't killing the flow, because it's not an effect.
I used that in place of text.
