Too high, too short. Text is too tall. Emblem is stretched and the inner shadow is really sucky. Scanlines are too obvious.

yea your symbol is really out of proportion. Text is too big, the glow doesnt work on it either..scanlines are a little too dark I would lower the opacity on them. Look for userbar tutorials..Ill look for one too

More length, less height is needed

symbol is messed, and i dont really like the inner shadow on it.
