Incorrect Sniper Headshot Percentage For Everyone? - Halo 3 Forum

Whats up with the Sniper Headshot Percentage. I looked at the top players and it shows 100%, 94% and so on, but when I went to look at their bungie it shows they have about 50%.

Also, my Sig stats won't update. I'm a general now with 630 exp and it shows I'm a colonel with 400 exp

Whats up with that?

looks like its just an unreliable site.....not that i care or anything but thats just my 2 cents

Maybe they update monthly, etc.

Would be stupid, but it's a possibility.

Its an incorrect site, ive been to it they don't update it enough I figured if they don't care enough then its not worth it.

Yeah, its probably updated monthly or when ever they feel like it.

I agree, they probably dont care enough to keep it up to date it regularly.

nifty little site there biggs, but yeah i wouldn't trust it with anything, plus, why do you care what the pro's get lolz, i know you wanna compare yourself to them but at some point you gotta separate yourself.

Well no I wasnt comparing myself to pros, I was looking at the Snipe hadshot percentage and no pros were there, just randoms

I think maybe the reason why it shows that there are a lot more headshots on that website that you're talking about is because the hitboxes in HALO 3 are off. I mean, I'm sure everyone has had this at one time or another where they shoot someone in the head, they see the blood come out, but the opponent doesn't die. I don't know if it's possible, but maybe that site tracks how many times someone actually gets hit in the head, but the game doesn't always register the kill. Just my two cents.
