This is the new Ranking System that was put in to place with TU2 and instead of being True Skill based system it is now Exp based so you can still hit the high ranks with out being a 50 in a Ranked Gametype. Now while they have replaced the True Skill Ranks with this new system the True Skill system is not gone it is still in Play in Ranked Games for you overall Skill Level and also when Searching for Matches. You Earn EXP in ANY Matchmaking playlist both Ranked and Social, but can only increase Skill Level in Ranked Matchmaking.

How EXP are assigned:

Free for all:

* Top 3 Players (win): +1
* Lose: 0
* Quit: -1

Team:
* Winning team: +1
* Losing team: 0
* Quit: -1

And as you Gain more Exp you will advance in Rank.
Also with the New update you can Multiple Ranks rather then just one Solid Rank I.E. you can have 25 EXP and be a Gunnery Sergeant in Team Slayer while having 170 EXP and be a Major Grade 3 in Lone Wolfs.

Apprentice - 2 EXP
Apprentice Grade 2 - 3 EXP

Private - 4 EXP
Private Grade 2 - 5 EXP

Corporal - 7 EXP
Corporal Grade 2 - 10 EXP

Sergeant - 12 EXP
Sergeant Grade 2 - 15 EXP
Sergeant Grade 3 - 20 EXP

Gunnery Sergeant - 25 EXP
Gunnery Sergeant Grade 2 - 30 EXP
Gunnery SergeantGrade 3 - 35 EXP
Master Gunnery Sergeant - 40 EXP

Lieutenant - 50 EXP
Lieutenant Grade 2 - 60 EXP
Lieutenant Grade 3 - 70 EXP
First Lieutenant - 80 EXP

sooo does the leveling up system change?
cause while it does entirely suck, it keeps a lot of people out of the higher rankings who dont deserve to be there. hell, it's still overpopulated.

It adds a playing value to the game. It gives you something to go for. How the hell does it suck? "because any one can get a general!"? So what? Since when does rank mean anything?
