Beta Ranking System?

How do people compare like "G2 Sergeant" to like a 30 or w/e. What's like the "scale" of a H3 Beta ranking to a number rank?

There both completly independant.
The number is your rank for that specific playlist whilst the symbol is your overall rank.

Your number rank comes with the games you win I think just like in Halo 2 but the picture rank comes with your RP which increases with your games played I think. I think your rank increases every 5 RP.

i know a guy with 107 RP and he is a Lieutenant Grade 1 and on gruntsrus.com they say you need 150 RP to get a Lieutenant Grade 1
