beta needs another update - Halo 3 Forum

ive been playing the halo 3 beta every day since the day it came out, and im still having a blast. however, eevery game i play get more boring and more boring, they need to add something new! i know thay just made an update to the beta, but it didnt really change anything to me. what they really need to add is a new map, and ive heard rumors that they might be adding a very nice one, the new version of zanzibar, last resort. i really, really hope they add this map to the beta. not only because they simply need to add some spice to the mix, but also because last resort looks like a really fun map. i also think they need to add the wraith to valhalla. that map is lacking someting that really takes alot of the fun out of it, and i think that is a tank vehicle. i know some people liked the scorpion better in halo 2, but the scorpion and valhalla just dont seem to mesh with me, and the wraith does. if you press the x button while you are in the lobby of team skirmish you can see a picture of the wraith on valhalla, and it seems to fit very nicely.
let me hear you opinoins about a new update and some ideas you think should be included.

Personally I like it the way it is now. If you're getting bored with only 3 maps, then you're going to get bored with the game. Remember that if you even have 50 maps, you'll play them so often that they'll all get old.

I'm not a fan of the tanks at all. There's plenty of vehicles on there to help you haul ass around the map already, plus it'd be kinda hard to navigate the wraith through the water. Shouldn't it short out or something ?

It would be cool if they added a new map, but personally i dont think they need to. Bungie is doing good on the beta right now and i think they need to focus on correcting the things that we think they did wrong.

I ike the beta the way it is, but a wraith on Valhalla would be rape. But if you did have the writh all someone would have to do is shoot you with the spartan laser and your screwed. So that wouldnt really work out.

i dont think thay will or should ad another map cuz its almost over and its a beta so thay dont need to. and the wraith, i realy dont think thay should ad it cuz it wont be able to go many places cuz the map just wont let it

its a beta... not the full game, or even a trial for the full game. its less than that.

I think the Beta is good as it is. It is only Beta testing, they just want people to find the glitches and stuff.

I have the highest doubt that they won't put another map in. If they realyl wanted it to be implemented they would have done it in the last one. And like the others said, it's just the Beta...Just MMing
