No I mean it as in QoS the IP or something to fix just that one. I'm pretty sure that worked of me before.

i did as you said, it was a good guide and easy to do, but it only changed my NAT settings from STRICT to MODERATE.

my router is a d-link (which i now know is a very poor brand of routers) and when i came to the dmz settings it had "192.168.0." already in and unchangeable. i figured this was just different because the default gateway is 192.168.0 instead of 192.168.1, so i went ahead and used 192.168.0.50 as my dmz

the only reason i tell you that ^^ is that i think that may have something to do with my NAT settings not going to open.

i do not get how to get to the dmz setting when i click on the advanced options when i log in on my router on the sides the options are

Internet
Local Network
Wireless Network
Administration

and under internet there is
Internet Connection
Dynamic DNS
FireWall
Adress translation
could someone explain how i am suppoesd to get to the dmz setting

Errr, my router is not on the list.
I have a Linksys WGA11B.
Any ideas?
Also my settings are on monderate, and it usually doesn't bother me but I can't join anyone from my schoolish. Who consequently I play with quite a bit.

ok, im having troubles with this. I go to the website, click on my router, and it tells me to type some shit into the url to get into the router but its not working...wtf?

On your main computer, shut off your firewall when you play games, That should work.
