at the beginning of the movie,when he tries to get over the gate-its easier to just backwards grenade jump over.and theres also another way out(i cant post a vid so i cant really explain)but its nearer to when you start the map over the fence to your left when you look up to the right to kill the flood with the skull.im sure you know it already.
