at around level 45+ people dont generally go out into the open so they can get sniped.

Thats one way to do it but you also can stand on the piping for one of the sites and grenade bounce your self up there by jumping off the pipe at the right time above your grenade to get up top ive done it some times but not alot

Was this really necessary to record? It's not that difficult to understand. Get a Brute shot, Re-Gen and what other weapon, look at the ground and shoot while jumping up to the window....
