Ok, er... New rule: You're allowed to use Microsoft paint if you want to. But just use the default tools, don't import any extra images/shapes.

I think it's retarded not to allow people to use photoshop becuase some people can't.

That's like saying "ok we are having a clip of the week contest but you aren't aloud to enter really good one because some people are shit."

That's like saying "Ok, we're having a drag race. Some people can use the Bugatti Veyron, and the others can use the Nissan Sunny."

If people use Photoshop, the picture/caption is going to look a lot better because of the vast tools that are available. Whereas people without Photoshop will find it extremely hard to compete.

I'm sorry if you don't like it, but rules are rules.

Fucking rediculous, mods are seriously being pushovers nowadays.
Either make everyone use the lolcats builder or let them use a program. Don't do both and don't add them when the contest has already started just because some people didn't read the rules.

Oh and creeps I agree with you. We risked our computers to download Photoshop. Everyone else can do it or suck up the fact they have to use Paint.
