Allright everyone, after a very successful 1v1 Tournament we had in January, and a not so successful 2v2 league, the staff has decided to have a Halo 3 Free For All tournament!

This will be a 32-man tournament, and it is NOT first come first serve. The Tournament Staff, based on activity on the forum and Xbox Live, will determine the way the contestants will be picked for this tournament.


NOTE: If you do not show up for the tournament, your chances of being entered in the next tournament are very slim.

The rules of this tournament will be explained below. The games will be played as followed:

Round 1: 32 people, 4 separate games, top 4 from each game advance
Round 2: 16 people, 2 separate games, top 4 from each game advance
Round 3: 8 people, 3 games with the final 8 remaining, most combined kills from these 3 games wins.


All games will be played on the map Gaurdian, and will feature Human only weapons on the map(Battle Rifles, Pistols, Shotguns, etc) There will NOT be a sniper rifle on the map. Please be sure to Download the Map and Gametype off of my FileShare at THIS link.

Motion Sensor: On
Starting Weapon: Battle Rifle
Round Time Limit: 20 Minutes
Score to win: Unlimited
Weapons on Map: Human



**Host will be given out by tournament staff members in the first round to players who, in our opinion, have above average hosts. In following rounds, it will be given to the higher seeded player(which would be the player that had the most kills in the previous round, regardless of what placing they got). If the person selected for host does not want it, or he/she knows he has a bad host, it will be given to the second highest seeded player, and so on and so forth.



NOTE: The entry is free, however, the prizes will range anywhere from XBL subcription Codes to MS Points codes, to HoC Credits. Please bear with us in this time of financial tension.

Prizes:
1st: 1600 Microsoft Points
2nd: One 48-Hour XBL Subscription + 10,000 HoC Credits.
3rd: one 48-hour XBL Subscription
