Allright everyone, the staff is proud to announce our first official Call of Duty 4 Tournament that Halownage will be hosting.

This will be a 16 team tournament, and it is NOT first come first serve. Each team will be allowed 1 substitute that has to be confirmed.


NOTE: If you do not show up for the tournament, your chances of being entered in the next tournament are very slim.

The rules of this tournament will be explained below. The games will be played as followed:

Round 1: 16 teams, winning teams from each match-up advance.
Round 2: 8 teams, winning teams from each match-up advance.
Round 3: 4 teams, winning teams from each match-up advance.
Round 4: 2 teams, winning team wins the tournament.


All games will be Team Deathmatch. Every round will be the best of 3 games, and the championship round will be the best of 5 games. Here are the maps for each round:

Round 1: District, Vacant, Backlot
Round 2: Showdown, Crash, Crossfire
Round 3: Countdown, District, Vacant
Round 4: Crash, Countdown, Showdown, District, Vacant

Score to win: 250

Host will be given to the higher seeded team in game 1, the lower seeded team will be host in game 2, and whichever team has the most combined kills from the first 2 games, will then host game 3.



NOTE: The entry is free, however, the prizes will range anywhere from XBL subcription Codes to MS Points codes, to HoC Credits. Please bear with us in this time of financial tension. Prizes are subject to change.
