HoC Tournament General Rules - Halo 3 Forum

These are the few rules that apply to every tournament held by HoC. For some tournaments, there will be other rules to follow, but these are the basics.

No grenade jumping.

No getting on top of any ledges on Warlock.

No super bouncing.

No excessive taunting.

No hiding the flag in walls or other structures.

No leaving the normal boundaries of a map.

No Action Replay.

No placing the ball or bomb out of reach.

No use of the “guardian glitch.”

No portal jumping on top of bases.

No quitting out of a team slayer or FFA game.

No use of the Covenant Elite character.

Quitting from a non-team slayer game before it has ended will leave your team shorthanded or result in a forfeit if all 4 players quit.

Players caught giving kills to other players during a FFA game will be warned. Players receiving two warnings during the same game will be disqualified. These warnings will not be carried over from game to
game.

Players must use their registered gamertag during all games.

Games started without the approval of a referee will be restarted.

If the party leader believes that the host is unplayable, he and only he may decide for the game to be restarted on a new host. Ending of a game for any reason other than this will result in a forfeit for the party leader.

If a player lags out during a game, it is the duty of that player to message the party leader if he would like to get back into the party. Upon dying the party leader must make the party invite only and reinvite the player. There is no third chance, so a second lag out results in a forfeit.

looks to me like ur the one spamming.. i just asked a serious simple question about the rules.. how is that spamming? and does any1 know why that is that u cant be an elite?

No offence but I didn't know what you meant when you said why no dino either but now I know youy meant elite.

Same here i thought you were just spamming until i re-read the post and saw that he must have meant elites.

As Tedums said, these rules are very close to the MLG rules but with some minor changes.
