As you all know, HoC’s official Tournament Staff has just been created and many members on HoC would like to see FFA and 4v4 tournaments up and running.

This is the first official FFA tournament of the new HoC. This will be a 32-man tournament, and it is NOT first come first serve. Based on the past, HoC’s tournaments have not run smoothly because of absence. The Tournament Staff, based on activity on the forum and Xbox Live, will determine the way the contestants will be picked for this tournament.

NOTE: If you do not show up for the tournament, your chances of being entered in the next tournament are very slim.

NOTE: This tournament MAY, not definitely, but MAY determine seeding for future tournaments, whether it be FFA, 4v4, 2v2, etc.

The rules of this tournament will be the Official MLG FFA 07 rules. The games will be played as followed:

Round 1: 32 people, 4 separate games, top 4 from each game advance
Round 2: 16 people, 2 separate games, top 4 from each game advance
Round 3: 8 people, 3 games with the final 8 remaining, most combined kills from these 3 games wins.

**Host will be given out by tournament staff members in the first round to players who, in our opinion, have above average hosts. In following rounds, it will be given to the higher seeded player(which would be the player that had the most kills in the previous round, regardless of what placing they got). If the person selected for host does not want it, or he/she knows he has a bad host, it will be given to the second highest seeded player, and so on and so forth.

Sign-ups will start NOW. They will end as soon as the Tournament Staff has determined the 32 players that will be contending from the list of players. The staff will choose players based on activity on live and HoC. If your name is written down on the players list, THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU DEFINITELY COMPETING. The first 8 people to sign up are guaranteed to be either competing or a sub. There will be 8 subs. These subs will be the first 8 people to sign up who did not get to be in the tournament.

NOTE: The entry is free, however, the prize, will be cash .
