HoC 4v4 Tournament Results

The First day of the 4v4 tourney went off with very minor problems, and was very sucessful, and Day 2 was the more difficult and Hectic day, and a lot will be explained here about what happened and the situation.

So at 8pm eastern time, Series 1 of the Round Robin was to be played between Pink MM Elites and XcL. So XcL tells us at 8:05pm that Nick's internet is messed up, and he's trying to fix it, so we gave them some time to see how the situation with NiCk was going to play out, and in the mean time Nacho changed his gamertag to XcL Nick 2 sick so XcL can finish the tournament without getting DQ'd. Their plan was that Nacho will pretend to be nick 2 sick while nick was out getting a modem for his connection they would use Nacho until Nick got back. So they play series 1 of the Round Robin with Nacho pretending to be Nick2sick. They get 2-0 by Pink MM Elites. Then after they play We Heart Titties. XcL Won 2-1. After that was We Heart Titties vs. Pink MM Elites. One of the rules came into effect (if one team mate didn't show up within the time limit the first game is counted as a loss.) So It was 1-0 (Pink MM Elites forfeited.). The same rule took into effect going into game two. They waited about 10 more minutes and as a result Pink MM Elites took the loss for the second game. Which made it 2-0 and Pink MM Elites forfeited their round robin match against We Heart Titties.

Whichever team won their series by a bigger margin would get a spot in the finals, and the other 2 teams would play 1 finals series of 3 games, to determine who will play in the finals.

This is the rule that went into effect after each teams record was 1-1.
The tourney staff decided as a whole, that the team with the bigger margin of victory was Pink MM Elites.

So Pink MM Elites advance to the finals which leaves XcL vs. WHT to see who wins to play PMME. In order to advance it was best out of 3 games and XcL won with the score being 2-0.

Finals :: Pink MM Elites vs. XcL, but right as the first game of the finals started The real Nick2sick got back to play in the finals. As the full XcL team plays PMME Nacho changes his GT back. One of Nacho's friends joins the Help Desk Pre-game lobby and tells them that Nacho was playing as Nick for XcL. Shortly after Nacho joins and tells the Tourney Staff what happened. As a result XcL was immediately disqualified for cheating the system. There is ZERO tolerance when it comes to a team cheating, especially in a way like that.

So the results for the HoC 4v4 Tournament are...

1st Place : Pink MM Elites; Heroo, Ricaneez, LanceR INAI, vS enablee
2nd Place :We Heart Titties; GPO LL Sparda, Conor187, iG xVirusx, Sooo Fkn Nastyy
3rd Place : XcL; o WiLL 2 iLL o, x Sizeven x, iNick 2 sick, I am Fr3shhhhhh

Also, A very important note.After much deliberation the tourney staff and admins of the site have decided that XcL does not get any prize money for this tourney...but they are NOT banned from HoC or any future HoC Tournaments.

Congratulations to the winning teams, and they will be getting their prize money within the next 2 weeks or so.
