Rounds 3, 4 and 5 of the HoC 1v1 Tournament will take place on Tuesday September 18th at 8 PM EST/7 PM CST/5 PM PST

The following are the rules for the tournament. The games will all be slayer and will be played on Lockout.

Motion Sensor: On
Respawn Time Modifier: None
Starting Weapon: Battle Rifle
Secondary Weapon: None
Weapon Respawn Time: Normal
Round Time Limit: 20 Minutes
Score to Win Round: 15
Weapons on Map: Rifles


Players will be seeded 1-32 in order of placings of previous HoC Tournaments. As said many times before, previous tourney's will affect seeding in upcoming ones. For this tournament, ONLY you're seeding will be determined by previous placings, because host is a big issue when playing 1v1. All host will be neutral.


All neutral hosts will be pre-determined by the Tourney Staff. Hopefully the neutral hosts will all be a combination of Tourney Staff and Mods. The neutral host will start the game with the players in the party. As soon as everyone spawns DO NOT shoot any barrels or pick up any weapons on the map. Go straight to Sword spawn where the Neutral host will be throughout the duration of the game. Once both players are at sword spawn stand next to each other so the Host can kill both of you at the same time. That will respawn you two at the same time and also begin the game. if there are any infractions or problems (a player shoots barells before the start of the game, or kills the neutral hoster on accident/purpose, etc), The neutral host has the final decision on what will happen, but ultimately HAS to explain IN DETAIL what occurred to the tourney staff, so the tourney staff can make a decision and that decision will be final.

Once again, the Tournament Staff will be choosing the players which will compete in this tournament. Players that have achieved HoC Pro status are guaranteed spots in the tournament. Other spots in the tournament will be based upon activity on HoC, Xbox Live, and the previous tournaments. If you are not picked, there will be substitute players, so don't fret. Every substitute who got on for the previous tournaments was able to participate, so don't think that being a sub means that you are not in the tournament. The Tournament Staff will also be choosing any additional Neutral Host that we might be needing.


The entry fee for the September 1v1 Tournament is free, but the prizes will once again be cash:

Prizes:
1st place: $60*
2nd place: $25*
3rd place: $15*
Best Clip Prize: $25*

The Tournament Staff has decided to give you guys an additional chance at winning some cash. All you will need to do is record your games, and any player that thinks they have a really good SINGLE KILL clip, can upload their clip to Mythica.org and PM ME WITH YOUR LINKS, and there will be a "Best clip of the tourney" thread up just following the conclusion of the 1v1 tourney, and people will get to vote for whichever clip they feel was truly the best clip of the tourney.
