how do thay work and whats the highest u can get? i kno its not numbers anymore. its like the military ranks right?

There is an actual # ranking which highest I have seen is 44 and then there is an RP ranking which highest I have seen is Major.

Do you get to choose which way you want to do it? Either numbers or ranks?
