So how is the lifestyle?
Similar to that of the stereotypical American one?
(Basically what I live)
My ideal condition is something real chill, but still has it's uppity side.

I live in B.C. (west coast) Very high cost of living, even in surrey as outlawz said would be a good place. I live in surrey, high crime rate very rough area. But B.C. in general is a very relaxed place if you stay out of the slums. People are friendly, hardly any guns so not much heavy violence. Law enforcement is quite leanient towards soft drugs, over here its considered social deviance, not a crime. (unless you deal) We are all about human rights up here (due process model [ if that means anything to you lol])

Ive also lived in the east Montreal and quebec, extremely nice people over there as long as you respect french and can speak it or make an effort to learn. Most beautiful women over there too, very low living cost. to compare, i had a huge multi level house in montreal for the same price as a townhome in BC. Stricter laws over the east, means lower crimes etc.

Prairies (mid canada), just dont go... lolol

Would you agree the price of living be too high for a just-graduated person to live with (probably) an entry-level job?
Also, there may be another roommate living with me, so double what you imagine my income being.

Minimum here is 8$

Assuming you make between 10-15$
work 40hrs a week (full time)
and have 2 people

Youd be makin 800-1200 dollars a week.

I think if you find the right area you could find something that will suit you.

North Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Port Moody, Richmond.

All variouse areas you should consider.

Kelowna is a little far out, and same as Victoria but who knows what you're looking for.

Just google some images or something. Maybe look at google earth.

BC has a very rare environemnt. One of the few places where you can go snowboarding and to the beach on the same day.

If you're into sports, we got the Vancouver Canucks (NHL) and the BC Lions (CFL). We're huge up here on hockey and we all love football too. Soccer's gettin up there. Basketball failed.

Drinking age is 19. Weed isn't legal but you get away with anything under a couple grams. It may be decriminalized soon though.

If you really hold back on the idea of moving to BC then just wait till the 2010 olympics. You'll get to see how spectacular it is up here.

and the lifestyle up here is pretty much the american lifestye but without the violence.

That's sick, thanks for the shit.
And I totally forgot about Google Earth; I've been trying to look up most the locations by checking out peoples' pictures on Flickr.
