Its kind of funny that this whole thing is happening because of one guy, but seriously now, i hear talk on here of people trying to destroy Halomega. I mean, seriously, its not sharks buisness anymore so now ure just hurting some random dude who never did anything but make an investment. if you wana hurt shark, than hurting Halomega is not the way to do it.

Now, for those of you who have done "damage" to halomega, which is a buisness, i truly hope you are ready to deal with the consequences of your actions, im not talking about being banned from halomega.com, im talking about lawsuits. Believe it or not its a crime, and you can also be sued for defamation. Oh, and all the proof is on this site, so if i were you guys, i would not say anything defamatory about halomega.com or you may find yourself paying a hefty fine.

actually we'd be hurting some random huge company who own's hundreds of websites supposedly. so if/when halomega fails cuz everyone comes over here then they probably won't care too much. since it's just one of their projects.

not if the buisness is located in the U.S. then you are subject to U.S. laws.

i was at halomega for 8 months, i lost my 1st account there and had to make a new one, i hardly call that "new"

If they really but a lawsuit on someone for spamming a forum, that means that all they ever wanted is money. All they have to do is ban you and it would be done.
