its going to be hard finding people like that, that dont already have a team. you should start with a pretty good team, play other teams and get a name for your self and work your way up. that way when people find out how good you are they will want to join you.

Getting a K/D ratio of 2.0 with only 100 games played is not that hard, especially when you don't even play 1 game of thc.
