Well DeMoN (HaVoC) doesnt no how to listen to call outs, and isnt as good as we thought he was.

I'm going to be as polite about this as I can. Ok, here goes.

I think you need to learn that teams aren't instantly amazing. You expect to be good the second you form. Sorry, but that rarely happens. Some people have bad days. In my opinion you completely overreact, and I can tell by how many teams you've gone through in such a short period of time, and the lack of success you've had with previous teams overall. You don't drop someone simply because of two random Team Hardcore games where they didn't finish off the guy at BR2, or something of that nature. Don't call yourself a team until you've been together for a good month, because from the looks of it, you won't have a team for awhile.

That is just a suggestion that I think you should take into consideration.

just look for a team that is dedicated that will last longer than a week. Dedication on a team is usually more improtant than actual skill.
