Things to Consider while tryin out:

-Best Overall

- Communication: How well do communicate with your team?
-Charizma: How well can you keep team spirit up?
-Chemistry:
- Team Work: Knowledge of the game, Reaction times, Can you hold your own?


Those r the things to look for.

To all who are trying out. B Night is a bk. When he says best overall stats: Kills, assists, shots fired, KpD. Were not neccesarily gonna look at ur kills and deaths, were just gonna be looking at. Assists, how well you can support one another. Shots fired, how much you keep shooting and stay in the game. Not really kills because we dont want you just running around killing the other team so you can show us how good of a slayer you are. The slayer role is not all about kills. Team spirit we'll be looking at, knowledge, reaction times(especially how fast you can help out. Not really holding your own, thats not a team skill. Definately communication. Another thing I must add, sticking to the strategy of the gametype. We'll also be looking at the good or bad decisions you make during the game, why we should choose you and what you can do for the team. Kills along with everything else I just said is a plus.

Stats Are overrated, It's who you feel better playing with and mesh's together good. Then you work on your teamwork from there.
