As you know or might not know FxL had stepped down, this was an unexpected and rather unfortunate loss as he was one of the best staff members we had. That being said he has allot of other things going on and it was best that he did it for himself and for the site.

As I told you when we opened the 'new' site we weren't going to be as relaxed with the Staff in regards to activity, contributing, etc. We need the staff to want to be here and to enjoy being here. We need them focused on the 'greater good' of the site. If they aren't then they need to step down.

Due to this Cipha and Brohan have stepped down. Cipha had been inactive basically since the 'new' site launched and just has his mind in other places. It was best that he no longer mod this site based on this. It is better that he steps down and allows someone to fill his spot.

Brohan has also stepped down. He has been extremely busy with life and has ran into some personal drama as well recently. We had a brief discussion about it and it was decided that it would be best if he stepped down. Again, this is best for the site.

All of the mods that have left are eligible to reapply at a later date.

That being said, I have nominated and the current staff has voted in a new mod. That mod is SloMoShun. I believe that he is a great fit for the position. He has really been helping me out behind the scenes and I believe that he will make a great addition. So everyone please welcome him.

We might be adding one more staff member. I haven't decided yet. However, if you believe you have what it takes and have some previous experience then please feel free to pm me with why you think you should be considered.
