Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and was looking for some Vegas 8.0 help. This forum looks really great and looks like questions get answered in a very helpful manner.

Well I am making my very first montage on Sony Vegas 8.0, okay i got about 8-10 minutes in with effects and everything done... the problem now is, everytime i load my project up, it starts fine and when i try to go edit some clips or anything like that it gives me an error message of this sort.

I have sony vegas and have never had this problem. If you got it with a torrent that could be the problem.

Hmmm... No i didn't get it from a torrent. I've seen other people have this problem. I'm not sure if there is a soltuion though. It would be awesome if someone else had it, but fixed it and could help me out.

Only thing I would say to try would be to re-install it. Save your project to a disc or something and try it, otherwise I have no idea

Yeah.. i have reinstalled it. Maybe i should try again. Maybe it's just the vegas i have, maybe i should try to get another or something of that sort...

If you already reinstalled it then and it didn't fix the problem then where the fuck did you get your Vegas from?
