TV quality doesn't bother me. I have the HD plus for my 360 (which I doubt I'll use anytime soon) and the s-video costs like $40 I think so... fuck that.

Ya, you'll get pretty good quality if you use my setup, or at least you should.

What do you use? Split the sound, plug the yellow into the TV and s-video into the cap card?

Ya exactly, no need to mess with settings either, I get nice quality just that.

But you way want to get one of these and an extra video cable unless you don't mind having your cap card right where you plug in your video to your tv. Because if you see the picture of the s-video cable, the s-video part and the video part are very short allowing for minimal distance between the two.
