How would I pause the video on a certain frame?

Near the preview, theres a button where you can take a picture. Save the pic, insert it into your video thing, and make it as long or short as you want. The quality is degraded though.

Actually if you cut a clip at one frame and then add a velocity envelope and turn the velocity down to 0% then pull that frame as long as you want it paused.

Umm, just drag it to the frame that you want and if you want to save that image click the save the disk...

I like Outlawz' way better lol. It works without making the quality bad
